OMV 4.5" 36:1 extruder

Used 4.5" OMV single screw non-vented extruder, model D-120. Approximately 36:1 L/D. Electrically heated, water cooled, 8-zone barrel. Water cooled feed throat with 6-1/4" x 6-1/4" tangential feed openings. Approximately 54" centerline height. Barrel is approximately 172" long. With manual screen changer. Driven by a 219 kw DC motor. Includes Cincinnati Milacron control panel with GE Fanuc Series One PLC, Parker drive, (2) Baldor Vector drives. Missing temperature controllers. Mounted on a painted carbon steel frame. Machine #00455. Built 1988.
