We did the following refurbishments for our customer:

• Stripped to frame and paint
• New electrical system, PLC and touch screen
• New 3 HP AC Vector drive motors and controls
• Replaced micro switches with proximity switches
• New pneumatic lines & cylinders
• New regulators and gauges
• Replaced all high speed bearings
• Replaced all idler bearings
• Replaced mount hope rolls
• Idler roller spun and cleaned
• Geared at 350 feet per minute
